She's way too young to use it as a library bag (she's not even 2 yet), but my sister asked me to make my niece a bag that she'd be able to use to take her sheets to and from childcare. I thought I would embroider her name onto it so if it was taken home accidently by someone else, they would see who to return it to ;)
To make it, I brought about 60cm of fabric (109cm wide) and folded it in half. Sewed up both sides, then turned it over at the top to make a section to thread the draw string through. It was super easy. I think the thing that took the longest was the embroidery (mainly cause I struggle with the machine).
